PigPreg test is used for early detection of pregnancy in pig urine samples. This is a good tool for pig farmers and producers to monitor their pig reproduction procedures..

Poor reproductive performance is one of the most costly and difficult problems for pig producers. Productivity for the pig breeding unit remains the basis for profitability and optimising performance from the sows is paramount. Production losses associated with empty or non-productive pigs can be extremely costly and the aim in the breeding herd is to minimise such cost by minimising empty days. Even in the most successful units, some sows will fail to conceive or carry a litter through to term. It is vital that such sows are detected as early as possible, such that action can be taken – either to cull them or to move them back to the service area for re-breeding. The aim of any pregnancy testing system is, thus, to pick up the negatives. Thus, we manufacture this test kit to help the farmer/pig producer to increase their reproductive management and profitability

Recommended to confirm estrus, detect pregnancy, improve controlled breeding, define cycling, diagnose infertility disorders, and to monitor fertility treatment.

The test is special designed for diagnosis pregnancy of sow. It’s basis on urine detection method, quick, easy, accurate, reliable, safe, no any hurt to sow.

Storage at 2~8 ?, out of sun light and moisture, unrefrigerated.

Collect fresh urine, morning urine is better, between 23-32days post insemination, and detect in 1 hour. If postpone the detection, store the urine samples at 2~8 ? and use within 48 hours. If want to store urine sample for long time, must store at -20 ?, but it can not be repeated freezing and thawing!

1. Identify "open pigs" as early as 23 days post insemination 2. Reduce costly "Days Open" 3. Reduce pregnant intervals 4. Increase conception rates by making a better breeding decision 5. Screen for ovarian dysfunction 6 Improve an embryo transfer practice 7. Eliminate all guess work from qualitative tests

1. Urine Sample Collection: Collect urine and use within 1 hour. 2. Incubate Sample Take 100ul sample urine, mix with the reagent till sufficiently dissolve in 5 minutes. 3. Read Result Insert the strip into the sample-well, read the results after 5 minutes.
